Hiring Lights - Quick Guide

1. Placing your order - Please select the date in which you'd like your lights to arrive, the hire period is limited to 7 days. We would recommend picking a date that is a few days prior to your event to allow time for you to familiarise yourself with the lights, and set them up.
2. Receiving the lights - Your hire lights will be dispatched approximately two days prior to your hire date and we will send you an email confirmation of your order, with tracking information included.
3. Sending the lights back - The first thing you should do is package the lights back up as closely as possible to how they were when you received them. Cable ties are included so you can secure the lights. A returns label is included, please place the returns label on the outside of the parcel and take them to a local drop off point.
