Hiring Lights – Guide

Our hire lights are a popular choice if you are hosting a party, event or wedding. We aim to make the process as simple as possible, allowing you to get the perfect light setup for your needs – without the stress.

Step One
Placing an order

When placing your order, please select the date you would like them to arrive.  The hire period is seven days so we would recommend picking a date a few days prior to your event to allow time for you to familiarise yourself with the lights and to contact us if you have any issues.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an email confirmation which acts as a contract of your hire. We will also request credit card details which will be held on file for the duration of the hire, then deleted once we have received your return.  This is just a security measure and no payments will be deducted without prior notification.

Step Two
Receiving your lights

Your hire lights will be dispatched approximately two days prior to your hire date and we will email confirmation of dispatching, with tracking information included.  Please be aware that, in some cases out with our control, there may be unforeseen delays.  Please check the tracking on the day of expected delivery and contact us if you have any concerns.

Sending the lights back

We hope our lights made your event extra special, and we’re confident you’ll be satisfied with the quality of lights we offer. Now that it’s time to send the lights back, we have setup a process that makes it very simple.

The first thing you should do is package the lights back up as closely as possible to how they were when you received them. Cable ties are included so you can secure the lights.

Included in the box you received is a returns label.  Once you have packaged up your lights, please place the returns label clearly on the outside of the box and take them along to a local drop off point.  Details on where to find your local drop off point can be found here.   If you have any issues, you can also return them to us by using the following address:
